Senator Feinstein with Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), Senator Tom Carper (D-DE) and Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX) introduced legislation that would put in place a two-year moratorium on internet access taxes, but do so in a way that would not cost local and state government millions.
