U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein receives the 2004 Outstanding Member of the United States Senate from the National Narcotic Officers Associations' Coalition For her outstanding contributions as one of this Nation's leaders in the fight against illegal drugs and for her lifetime of dedication and service to the citizens of the United States of America.

The award was presented by Ron Brooks, President of the National Narcotics Officers Association. Also pictured is Bob Cooke, Commander of the California Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
