Tour the Pentagon

The Pentagon is the world's largest office building and the command center for our nations's defense. It features 16 grand corridors including the Hall of Heroes, the Portrait Galleries and the Secretary of War Corridor.

The Pentagon is open to the public Monday through Friday, except holidays. During the peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) tours leave every half hour beginning at 9:30 am and continue until 3:30 pm. During the non-peak season tours begin at 9:00 am and are conducted once an hour on the hour and continue until 3:00 pm. All tours are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, and always begin and end at the Metro's "Pentagon" entrance. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, is about one mile long, and includes several staircases.

A valid photo identification is required. Reservations are not required and are not accepted for groups of less than 10.  Reservations are necessary for groups of 10 or more and are strongly recommended for handicapped individuals.
