Senator Feinstein and her colleague from California, Senator Barbara Boxer, discuss their opposition to the Reauthorization of the Fair Credit Reporting Act which threatens privacy rights of 36 million Californians. Senator Feinstein explains that consumers should have the right to tell financial institutions that they do not want their most sensitive personal information shared with hundreds or even thousands of affiliated companies.
