Senator Feinstein answers questions from reporters after a news conference where she and Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson of Texas released a General Accounting Office report that outlines vulnerabilities in our nation's air cargo system. At the same time, Senators Feinstein and Hutchison introduced legislation that would reform the air cargo system. (January 15, 2003)
