Anna Fernandez (left)

A senior at Belmont High School Anna Fernandez has a 3.47 GPA.   She is Student Body President, a student representative to the L.A. School Board, on the school leadership council, and a cheerleader. She is considering the legal profession, or perhaps being an English teacher.

Akanimo Udi (right)

Akanimo is a senior at Belmont High School, has a 3.69 GPA, and is active in student theater, the marching band, the jazz ensemble, choir, forensics, his church youth group, and the Belmont community youth task force.  In addition to all his cultural interests, he is an exellent student in science and math, and is thinking about becoming a doctor.
