Senator Feinstein Asks to Meet with President to Discuss
California Energy Crisis for Third Time

Los Angeles, CA - U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today requested a meeting with President George W. Bush to discuss the California energy crisis.

The letter from the Senator represents her third request already this year for a meeting with the President.

In her letter, Senator Feinstein wrote, "This is my third letter to request a meeting with you to discuss the California energy crisis. The attached letter from Dynegy, Inc. makes it all the more important that you hear the California viewpoint."
